Dear Harte Families, if your child has been absent for 3 or more consecutive days, please have your child come to the office to receive clearance to return to class.

VIPS
The VIPS (Volunteers In Public Schools) program offers adults opportunities to be involved at Bret Harte or any school in LBUSD. Applications to volunteer must be completed, submitted, and approved prior to volunteering in classrooms or attending field trips. Items required: Completed VIPS Application Current and Clear TB Test Confidentiality statement Current picture identification with a current and matching residential address. Completed applications are submitted to the District Office for processing. Processing typically takes 3 - 6 weeks.
